Quick question: Why do so many of today's teens and pre-teens look like gang members? I'm sure most aren't but the way they dress is SO sloppy. How can they walk with the crotch of their jeans down around their knees anyway?

OK, another question: Why...oh...forget it! Even if there is an answer the problem won't be solved in this state (California) until more people learn to work together and the people take control of the legislature instead of the corporations.
