The Bush says he is willing to listen to any good ideas about fixing Social Security as long as it does not involve raising payroll taxes. Ha! As usual, Bush will only listen to those ideas which are in agreement with his. It is apparently a done deal in his mind. It is again all smoke and mirrors. What is the matter? Is he really brain dead?
