Bush would like us to think that things are better under his administration and that tax cuts will or have helped the economy.  No so my friend.  Check out the story at Job Watch.  Me thinks that Bush & Co. manipulate figures to fit their own agenda but they will never admit to any wrongdoing.  The previous link is one of a number of excellent ones to be found at Our Future.

 

Now I see a report that indicates Bush is slightly ahead of Kerry in possible electoral votes.  That is scary and we really need to dump this antiquated electoral college system anyway.  Better yet, we need to go to a parliamentary system so that there can be more than two parties represented and so that there can be votes of "no confidence" against the prime minister and all that that entails. The current system does not work except to the benefit of big business interests.
